1. Overview
CC-PAIN01 is the non-HART counterpart of CC-PAIH01 for Honeywell Experion PKS C300 DCS. It provides 16 configurable analog input channels (12 single-ended / 4 differential) for standard 4–20mA two-wire transmitters without HART protocol. It accurately acquires pressure, flow, temperature and level signals, converts analog measurements to high-precision digital signals for control logic operation. Compatible with CC-TAIX01 non-redundant and CC-TAIX11 redundant IOTA terminal bases, it supports hot-swap online replacement and G3 conformal coating, ideal for general process monitoring loops without smart HART instruments in power, petrochemical and water treatment industries.
